Hot off the heels of the news that Avatar: The Way of Water is likely to clock in at a whopping 3 hours, 10 minutes, we have an update on when the next trailer for the sequel will be released.
The first came our way earlier this year, playing exclusively in front of Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness in theaters before debuting online. Now, the second is going to premiere during Wednesday's episode of Good Morning America, likely so it can then be shown before Black Panther: Wakanda Forever the following week.
We anticipate it hitting YouTube right after, if not during, that TV debut, so you'll want to check back here a few days from now for the latest sneak peek the second it drops.
Hopefully, this trailer will shed a little more light on the Avatar sequel's story, not to mention some of the underwater visuals that filmmaker James Cameron has been hyping up in recent interviews.
Set more than a decade after the events of the first film, Avatar: The Way of Water begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.

To whet audiences' appetites, the first Avatar movie was re-released last month. It propelled the movie to over $2.9 billion at the box office, a sum it will be hard for even Avatar: The Way of Water to top. As we're sure you know, that arrives in theaters worldwide on December 16.
