OBI-WAN KENOBI Plot Leak Reveals Darth Vader's Brutal Revenge On His Former Master

It's no secret that Obi-Wan Kenobi will see "Ben" Kenobi square off with Darth Vader, and a new plot leak has revealed some intriguing spoilers about how the Sith Lord takes revenge on his former Master...

Prior to Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker's release, the entire plot of the movie leaked on Reddit. While Lucasfilm's Disney+ TV shows have been a little more secretive, Obi-Wan Kenobi has definitely had its fair share of story details show up online. The latest pertains to the Jedi Master's first battle with Darth Vader, so turn away now if you don't want to know how that plays out.

Still here? Well, according to Making Star Wars, the Sith Lord will take his revenge on Obi-Wan for what happened to him on Mustafar. At the end of their first meeting since Revenge of the Sith, Vader manages to set his former Master's arm on fire, leaving him badly burned and in desperate need of help. O'Shea Jackson's character gets "Ben" to a Bacta Tank with the help of Princess Leia, but it sounds like Obi-Wan will be left with permanent scars from this encounter.

There are other tidbits in the report too, including the fact Obi-Wan seemingly has to face Vader without his lightsaber and that he may be forced to use one of the Sith Inquisitor's blades at one point.

It's also noted that Leia doesn't trust Obi-Wan when they first meet, and she seemingly has no idea he's a Jedi or the Clone Wars hero she one day reaches out to in A New Hope. Watching how this limited series fills in the gaps between the prequels and the original trilogy looks set to be a highlight of Obi-Wan Kenobi, and this first confrontation with Vader sounds like it has the makings of an epic duel.

Hopefully, the next trailer will show us Darth Vader in action, though we wouldn't be surprised if that's being saved for the show itself (we also still don't know if James Earl Jones is returning).

Obi-Wan Kenobi will premiere on Disney+ on May 25.
