The Book of Boba Fett has sidelined its title character for the past two weeks, though fans of The Mandalorian certainly haven't complained. Last Wednesday's episode, "From the Desert Comes a Stranger" saw Din Djarin track Grogu down, though much of The Child's screentime was shared with Luke Skywalker as he trained him in the ways of the Force as his first student/Padawan.

That was a compelling subplot with plenty of amazing moments - including the first on-screen meeting between Luke and Ahsoka Tano - but many fans preferred what was happening back on Tatooine.

There, Cobb Vanth was confronted by a bounty hunter instantly familiar to fans of The Clone Wars: Cad Bane! He made short work of the former owner of Boba Fett's armour, but had something of an unfair advantage seeing as Vanth was actually distracted by the actions of his deputy nearby.

We're expecting Vanth to return to action this Wednesday, though a clash between Fett and/or Din Djarin and Bane is a must as those are showdowns fans have only really dreamed of until now.

Was Bane always so toothy? I can get past the hat and head shape. But them teeth though.
