The first trailer for The Mandalorian season 3 was shown during a film and television panel at Star Wars Celebration on Thursday, but an extended version also premiered during the Mando+ panel in Anaheim, California earlier today. Unfortunately, that hasn't been released officially, but you can check out a leaked video taken by a fan in the Tweet below (before it's taken down).

We see a lot more of Katee Sackhoff's Bo-Katan Kryze and her fellow Mandalorians here, with our first proper look at Mandalore the money shot that blew the roof off the building.

There's also a Star Destroyer - we anticipate the show revealing more about how the Empire became The First Order - and a couple of creatures who are clearly the same species as The Rise of Skywalker's Babu Frik. While The Mandalorian is currently in post-production, this footage looks phenomenal and waiting until next February isn't going to be easy for Star Wars fans.

We didn't get a tonne of news during the event, though it was confirmed that Greef Karga actor Carl Weathers will direct another episode. Additionally, filmmaker Rick Famuyiwa will also step behind the camera, though he's been tapped as an executive producer this season as well.

As noted, The Mandalorian will arrive on Disney+ sometime in February 2023.
