Warner Bros. has announced that the final trailer for Denis Villeneuve's Dune: Part Three will be released tomorrow, and we have a series of new character posters featuring the threequel's new and returning heroes and villains.

Along with Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet), Chani (Zendaya), Stilgar (Javier Bardem), and Princess Irulan (Florence Pugh), the posters spotlight Robert Pattinson as the villainous Face Danver Scytale, Anya Taylor-Joy as Paul's incredibly dangerous younger sister Alia, and Jason Momoa as Hayt, a "Ghola" of the late Duncan Idaho.

Rebecca Ferguson is only expected to appear for a single scene as Lady Jessica, and we have no idea if Josh Brolin will return as Gurney Halleck.

Villeneuve has stated that he has no intention of helming any more movies in the franchise, but that doesn't mean Warner Bros. will stop making them!  According to a recent rumor, the studio is planning to move forward with at least one more Dune movie, and they might be looking at Gareth Edwards (Rogue One, Godzilla, Jurassic World Rebirth) to take the helm.

The first two movies were big successes, but a fourth chapter would still be somewhat surprising given the direction Frank Herbert's saga goes in after the second book.

Part Three is still set to go head-to-head with Avengers: Doomsday this December, and while the sci-fi epic is expected to put up a decent fight, Marvel Studios' massive superhero event movie should ultimately come out on top as a clear winner at the box office.

Check out the official posters at the link below, along with some textless versions that remove that annoying "The Epic Conclusion" from the characters' faces/

Set 17 years after the events of Part Two, the movie finds Paul Atreides struggling with his decision to start a holy war that has resulted in over 60 billion deaths across the known universe. As new enemies close in around them, Paul and Chani's relationship is put to the test.

Directed by Denis Villeneuve and written by Villeneuve and Brian K. Vaughan, Dune: Part Three is based on the novel Dune Messiah by Frank Herbert and delivers the epic conclusion to Villeneuve’s trilogy. The film stars Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Jason Momoa, Florence Pugh, Rebecca Ferguson, Isaach De Bankolé, with Charlotte Rampling, with Anya Taylor-Joy, and Robert Pattinson, and Javier Bardem, and features newcomers Nakoa-Wolf Momoa and Ida Brooke.

Dune: Part Three will be released on the 18th December 2026
