Dreamworks Animation and Netflix have released the official trailer for the fifth and final season of Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, offering a look at what's to come for our favorite campers as they decide on whether it's finally time to leave the island or make a last-ditch effort to save the dinosaurs.
Executive Producer Scott Kreamer teases the biggest season yet, “At this final chapter in the story, our campers are at a crossroads. On the one hand, they have never been closer to getting home, but on the other, they have never been in more danger of never seeing their families again. There is no clear path forward. They must simultaneously battle to survive the dinosaurs, as well as those that threaten these same creatures' existence.”
The official sypopsis reveals where the last batch of twelve episodes will pick up, "The arrival of Kenji’s father, Mr. Kon, renews hope of a rescue for the campers. But as the nefarious plans of Mantah Corp. come into focus and one of the Camp Fam turns on their own, the others must band together if they want to save the dinosaurs and ever make it home."
The main voice cast of Paul-Mikél Williams (Westworld), Jenna Ortega (Scream), Ryan Potter (Titans), Raini Rodriguez (Austin & Ally), Sean Giambrone (The Goldbergs), and Kausar Mohammed (Silicon Valley) will all return to voice their respective leading roles.
Kirby Howell-Baptiste (Cruella, The Good Place), Academy Award-nominee Haley Joel Osment (The Sixth Sense; A.I. Artificial Intelligence), Glen Powell (Top Gun: Maverick; Hidden Figures), and Jameela Jamil (The Good Place; She-Hulk: Attorney at Law) will all also return in recurring roles, reprising their parts from prior seasons.
Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous season five premieres July 21.
