During their TUDUM event, Netflix shared the first official trailer for They Cloned Tyrone, an upcoming sci-fi comedy mystery that will see an unlikely trio of heroes thrust into the limelight as they follow the trail of a nefarious government experiment.

The film stars John Boyega (Star Wars: The Rise of SkywalkerBreaking) as Fontaine, Teyonah Parris (WandaVisionThe Marvels) as Yo-Yo, and Academy Award-winner Jamie Foxx (Spider-Man: No Way HomeCollateral) as Slick Charles.

The teaser trailer doesn't reveal too much, in terms of plot, but does offer an extended look at a very fun elevator sequence between the three charismatic stars, before sending them underground to a strange laboratory. They soon discover that everything is not what it seems and uncover what could be a game-chaning discovery.

Juel Taylor (Fred UnpluggedTwenties) directed the feature and co-wrote the script with Tony Rettenmaier.
