On Thursday evening, Disney held a star-studded premiere for Ahsoka and sent out the first two episodes to critics. The event was then followed by the news that the premiere - and all future instalments - will now release on Disney+ at 6pm on Tuesdays rather than the usual 12.00am slot on Wednesdays.
We won't be getting into any spoilers here but know many of you are keen to learn whether there are any surprises once the credits roll on those first two chapters. So, should you stick around for a little something extra on Tuesday evening?
No, Ahsoka's first two episodes do not include any post-credits scenes.
This isn't a massive shocker as Star Wars rarely utilises stingers; The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and Andor have all featured pretty massive post-credits scenes in recent years, albeit for their respective finales rather than premieres.
Make sure to check back here on Tuesday for our Ahsoka review and spoiler-filled recaps!
Set after the fall of the Empire, Ahsoka follows the former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.
In addition to Rosario Dawson in the title role, the series stars Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla, the late Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll, Ivanna Sakhno as Shin Hati, Diana Lee Inosanto as Morgan Elsbeth, David Tennant as Huyang, Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn, and Eman Esfandi appearing as Ezra Bridger.
Ahsoka was written by Dave Filoni, who executive produces alongside Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Colin Wilson, and Carrie Beck. Directors include Filoni, Steph Green, Peter Ramsey, Jennifer Getzinger, Geeta Vasant Patel, and Rick Famuyiwa.
Ahsoka will launch exclusively on Disney+ on August 23 22 with a two-episode premiere.
