The most recent episode of The Mandalorian season 3 spent a lot of time on Din Djarin, Bo-Katan and the other Mandalorians mounting a daring rescue, but we also got a flashback which finally revealed how Grogu managed to escape the Emperor's forces at the Jedi Temple following Order 66.

As it turns out, the youngling had some help from a new Jedi character, Master Kelleran Beq, who was played by Jar-Jar Binks actor Ahmed Best.

Beq is shown wielding his green lightsaber on these new character posters alongside Paz Vizsla, whose son was taken by the raptor.

We never got to see what became of Beq after his rescue of Grogu, but we assume more flashbacks are on the way. That said, this season has been a little haphazard with its storyline structure, so who knows what we'll see this Wednesday!
