OBI-WAN KENOBI: Anakin Skywalker's Face Is Revealed In Darth Vader Hot Toys Figure; Fan Theory Confirmed

Obi-Wan Kenobi ended up being even better than we expected, with the finale delivering perhaps the franchise's best lightsaber battle to date. That saw a Ben Kenobi, his Jedi powers fully restored, take the fight to Darth Vader, ultimately defeating the Sith Lord before saying goodbye to what little remained of his friend, Anakin Skywalker.

In the closing moments of the fight, Obi-Wan overpowered Vader and sliced open his helmet, exposing Anakin's face beneath. What followed was an exchange that can be examined and interpreted in any number of ways, but satisfied on every level.

Now, Hot Toys has revealed an action figure based on the iconic villain's likeness from that final episode. Look closely, and you'll notice that it confirms theories Obi-Wan was responsible for the scar on Vader's head that we saw when Luke Skywalker unasked his father in Return of the Jedi

As you can see, this Deluxe version includes a battle-damaged helmet revealing the scarred head sculpt of the former Anakin Skywalker, played by Hayden Christensen. That's equipped with a rolling eyeball function allowing you to change his eyeliner. There's also a damaged chest control panel, LED light-up belt boxes, an LED light-up Lightsaber, an interchangeable lightsaber blade emulating the weapon in motion, the Third Sister's lightsabers, and a rocky diorama base.

In addition, this Deluxe version includes an interchangeable helmeted head, a chest control panel, and an additional LED light-up figure base. It's an extraordinary figure and one that promises to be a must-have for fans of this Galaxy Far, Far Away.

After Obi-Wan Kenobi, fans remain hopeful that we'll see more of Vader on screen and we already know that's likely to happen in Ahsoka next year. However, we think it's about time the villain gets his own series on Disney+ as there's clearly a lot to explore with this iconic Star Wars character.
