The final episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi arrives on Disney+ this Wednesday, and the hope now is that Lucasfilm will deliver a satisfying conclusion to a story that has, thus far, been excellent.
We know the studio has struggled to stick the landing in the past (look no further than Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker for proof of that), but with Deborah Chow at the helm, we have little cause for concern. Of course, with episodes that have varied from 39 - 56 minutes over the past four weeks, making sure the story has room to breathe will be crucial.
Recently, there were rumblings online that the Obi-Wan Kenobi finale might be a giant-sized 1 hour, 33 minutes (as first reported by The Direct). That doesn't appear to be the case, though we are anticipating it clocking in somewhere around the 60-minute mark with credits.
We're sure that'll be enough time for Ben to defeat Darth Vader and save Luke Skywalker, right?
Time will tell, but Lucasfilm has just released a brand new gallery of Obi-Wan Kenobi spoiler stills from last week's penultimate chapter. As you can see, we get a great shot of The Grand Inquisitor's return following his apparent death at Reva's hands along with a wallpaper worthy short of Darth Vader unleashing the Force to tear that ship out of the sky.
Various other characters and moments also receive some attention, though we're sure many of you will appreciate a hi-res image of a young Obi-Wan and Anakin Skywalker duelling in the Jedi Temple.
Check out these new Obi-Wan Kenobi stills below and check back here on Wednesday for more on the finale!
