Last month, we learned that a mystery Star Wars project - using the working title "Grammar Rodeo" - is in the works at Lucasfilm. Now, Bespin Bulletin is reporting that the Disney+ series will begin shooting in June through December, and it sounds like this is the show Spider-Man: No Way Home director Jon Watts is attached to (Jon Favreau, meanwhile, will produce).

Previously described as "Stranger Things in Space," the site confirms this will be set during the High Republic era, and it's said pre-production has already begun in Culver City, California.

Sets are being built as we write this, and shooting will take place at the same Manhattan Beach Studios where The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and Obi-Wan Kenobi have been filmed. It's noted that this show is likely to be announced at Star Wars Celebration next month, though we might get some news on May The Fourth as well (we'd bet on this being saved for the former).

As for why the series is being referred to as "Grammar Rodeo," the site posits that it's a reference to the episode of The Simpsons where Bart and his friends trick their parents into letting them take a trip to the "National Grammar Rodeo." As a result, we're expecting this series to focus on a young cast of actors - probably Jedi Padawans - at a time that's yet to be explored in live-action.

Ahsoka is set to begin shooting next month, so there's lots in store for this Galaxy Far, Far Away over the next couple of years. Hopefully, some official details will be shared by Lucasfilm soon.

Just give us a wider array of saber blade colors, yellow is my favorite and I’m glad we finally got it on screen in ROTS but Rey’s saber is super lame so I want a yellow blade with a cool looking saber
