In this past Wednesday's episode of The Mandalorian, "Guns for Hire," Din Djarin, Grogu and Bo-Katan paid a visit to an Outer Rim planet called Plazir-15, where they encountered several new characters played by some very familiar faces.

Grammy Award-winner Lizzo was the benevolent Duchess, while Jack Black played her husband, Captain Bombardier.

Both characters feature in the latest posters, and Lizzo also took to Twitter to share some photos of her own while commenting on her Galaxy Far, Far Away debut and what it meant to her.

Though some fans enjoyed seeing Black, Lizzo and the legendary Christopher Lloyd (who played the villainous Captain Helgait) many felt these cameos were a little distracting, and others thought the entire Plazir-15 sequence was utter cringe.

Season 3, in general, has come in for quite a bit of backlash, and with just two episodes to go, Jon Favreau and co. really need to pull something big out of the bag to keep people watching.
