POWER RANGERS: ONCE & ALWAYS Poster Reveals The 30th Anniversary Special's Villain - Robo-Rita!

A new poster for the upcoming Power Rangers: Once & Always 30th Anniversary Reunion Special has been released and, in addition to spotlighting our heroes, we get a first look at the mysterious villain!

While we await a full-length trailer, Hasbro and Netflix have released the official poster for their upcoming Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always 30th Anniversary Reunion Special, featuring new shots of our favorite returning heroes and our first look at the villain of the piece: Robo-Rita.

Further details on who or what Robo-Rita exactly is are being kept under wraps, but The Illuminerdi reported earlier this month that she will not be the same character from the original MMPR series and will instead be an original character created exclusively for the Special - with original Rita actress Barbara Goodson returning to voice the part.

As per their report, her evil plot will revolve around Robo-Rita "capturing Rangers all across the world, stealing their powers, turning them into figurines, and keeping them like they’re her trophies." This will presumably help explain the absence of some of the non-returning O.G. cast members.

In addition to the villain, the poster highlights the four Rangers that will be at the forefront of the Anniversary Special, as David Yost (Billy Cranston/Blue Ranger), Walter Jones (Zack Taylor/Black Ranger I), Steve Cardenas (Rocky DeSantos/Red Ranger II), and Catherine Sutherland (Kat Hillard/Pink Ranger II) all reprise their iconic roles.

Johnny Yong Bosch (Adam Park/Black Ranger II) and Karan Ashley (Aisha Campbell/Yellow Ranger II) will also return in supporting roles as members of the mysterious SPA, with newcomer Charlie Kersh portraying Trini's daughter Minh Kwan.

Richard Steven Horvitz is also back as the voice of Alpha 5 and, as we mentioned above, Goodson will voice Robo-Rita.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always starts streaming exclusively on Netflix on April 19.

Check out the official poster below:

In Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always, 30 years after the wise and powerful Zordon formed the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, the team comes face-to-face with a familiar threat from the past. In the midst of a global crisis, they are called on once again to be the heroes the world needs. Inspired by the legendary mantra from the franchise “Once a Ranger, always a Ranger,” Once & Always reminds everyone when you become a Ranger, you are always a part of the Ranger family and always welcome.
