Amazon Prime Video announced today that they've renewed Upload for a third season.

The main cast of Robbie Amell (Nathan Brown), Andy Allo (Nora Antony), Allegra Edwards (Ingrid Kannerman), Zainab Johnson (Aleesha), Kevin Bigley (Luke), and Josh Banday (Ivan) are all expected to return.

The acclaimed sci-fi comedy series hails from The Office creator Greg Daniels and tells the tale of Nathan Brown (Amell), who after dying prematurely uploaded to the very expensive Lakeview, a virtual afterlife, but then finds himself under the thumb of his possessive, still-living girlfriend Ingrid (Edwards). As he begins to adjust to the pros and cons of digital heaven, he meets Nora (Allo), his living customer service rep. As the pair begin to bond romantically, new evidence arises and they begin to suspect Nathan's untimely death may not have been all that accidental...

It debuted with a ten-episode first season in 2022, and finally returned this past March with a seven-episode second season. With this announcement, hopefully there won't be as big a gap between the latest season and season three.
