This Sunday's episode of House of the Dragon, "Lord of the Tides," will jump forward another six years, and HBO (via WatchersOnTheWall.com) has shared a new batch of promo stills spotlighting the aged-up characters.

Some viewers have expressed frustration with the show skipping forward so many years and bypassing certain characters' development, but this will be the final time-jump of the entire series.

The images feature the now adult (by Westeros standards, at least) versions of Baela Targaryen (Bethany Antonia), Jacaerys Velaryon (Harry Collett), Aegon Targaryen (Tom Glynn-Carney) and his brother Aemond (Ewan Mitchell).

Will Aemond "One-Eye" still hold a grudge over the injury he suffered at the hands of Lucerys during last week's episode? We'd say it's a pretty safe bet!

By all accounts, this episode is a Red Wedding-style shocker, so something tells us this latest family gathering is not going to break tradition by going smoothly.

Check out the new stills at the link below.

I would rather have had the time jumps happen between the first couple seasons. There’s PLENTY of story to tell and I would have liked to spend more time with the casts in the previous periods. First season could have been entirely before the fist jump and there is plenty that’s being left on the floor that could have taken another season before the second jump. It would have also been a lot less jarring as part of the audience for the story to feel less disjointed from the jumps.
