JURASSIC WORLD DOMINION Compared To AVENGERS: ENDGAME By Star Chris Pratt; "It's [A] Big Epic Conclusion"

Chris Pratt has claimed that Jurassic World Dominion won't feel all that different to Avengers: Endgame, suggesting the movie will be a similarly epic conclusion to this era of storytelling. Check it out!

We're less than one month away from the release of Jurassic World Dominion, and star Chris Pratt continues to hype the movie as a grand finale for this era of the franchise. Whether that means we'll say goodbye to some familiar faces remains to be seen, though it does feel somewhat inevitable.

The threequel will finally unite the actors from the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World franchises for an adventure that looks like it will see the world itself potentially at risk thanks to the emergence of dinosaurs. Depending on how this story wraps up, the next movie could look vastly different, and conclusion or not, we're sure Universal Pictures won't leave the series on the shelf for too long.

Talking to ComicBook.com, Pratt was asked if he will ever return to the franchise as a "legacy" cast member. "You'd want to leave it open to that possibility," the actor responded. "I think maybe Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame are a similar comparison because you've got 10 years, 20-something films, [and] all of these characters each had their own stories, their own trilogies, coming together. And you're like, 'This is wild.' You've seen these worlds collide. It feels the same way."

"You've got the Jurassic Park trilogy. You've got the Jurassic World trilogy, and it's this big epic conclusion. They've continued to make these Marvel films, but that does feel like a phase that is over," Pratt continued. "It's rolled over into a new phase. Marvel continues to do great things. I feel like it seems, it makes sense that Jurassic would continue to tell great stories."

"But I think Iron Man's gone," he concluded with a laugh. "And I guess I would be Hulk."

It's definitely exciting to see where this movie will take us and we're honestly a little surprised that Universal hasn't promoted Jurassic World Dominion as the end of an era. Of course, the studio has no superhero properties and is in desperate need of big franchises, so the series won't be gone for long.

Jurassic World Dominion arrives in theaters on June 10.
