We were hoping for a trailer, but we don't mind making do with EW's Obi-Wan Kenobi cover and a first batch of promo stills!

Disney+ has officially announced that the show will premiere on May 25th, and the date reveal is accompanied by a new look at Ewan McGregor's legendary Jedi Master and several supporting characters.

The images confirm that Moses Ingram is indeed playing the first live-action Inquisitor (Reva), who is described as "a formidable new foe who seeks out Jedi-in-hiding for the Empire." We also have Joel Edgerton reprising his role as Uncle Owen Lars, a glimpse of Kenobi's sparse new digs on Tatooine, and a new planet called Daiyu.

Yes, Obi-Wan will leave Tatooine at some point during the series. He may well visit other planets, too, but Daiyu "sort of has a Hong Kong feel to it," says writer Joby Harold. "It's got a graffiti-ridden nightlife, and is kind of edgy. It's just got a different lane and a different feeling."
