After the first three phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe being dubbed The Infinity Saga, Executive Producer Kevin Feige confirmed that the current phases 4-6 will make up The Multiverse Saga, and so far fans have gotten a lot of excitement over the events both past and future along with the possibilities held.
Whether it comes down to cheering to see all three Spider-Men teaming up against all of the returning villains from each movie outside of the MCU, getting to see Patrick Stewart return in a floating chair with X:Men: The Animated Series vibes, or even looking forward to Deadpool and Wolverine joining the big leagues, plenty of audience members have loved the ideas and potential for the future flicks like Secret Wars.
The love for multiversal storytelling doesn't stop with comic book related films, even with DC preparing to unleash multiple Batmen with Flashpoint. Meanwhile, creators like Bo Hong Kim have been penning and directing flicks with the same subgenre but different situations and plot devices.
