We recently learned that Thor star Ray Stevenson will play a character called Babylon Baylon in Ahsoka, but who is the assassin that reportedly follows him into battle? Well, Making Star Wars claims that Grand Admiral Thrawn's second in command is called Shin and played by Ivanna Sakhno.

She's said to be Baylon's apprentice, and is a Force user who has embraced the Dark Side and is somehow connected to the Nightsisters. However, she's loyal to her Master...who used to be a Jedi.

Yes, Baylon is a survivor of Order 66 who fled to the unknown part of the Galaxy that Thrawn and Ezra Bridger found themselves following the events of Star Wars Rebels. While he initially hoped to remain a Jedi and continue those teachings, this villain was corrupted, and his interests somehow became aligned with Thrawn's.

Baylon and Shin are eventually tasked with killing Ahsoka Tano, and they sound like an exciting choice of antagonist.

Based on what we've been hearing, they and Thrawn are seemingly looking to unleash some sort of unspeakable evil on the Galaxy from these unexplored regions, and we'd bet on Ahsoka and Ezra needing to stop them. How this fits into the wider franchise is hard to say, but it could be how Supreme Leader Snoke comes into play before his clone became Emperor Palpatine's puppet.

In the Expanded Universe, Thrawn made use of Jorus C'baoth to kill Luke Skywalker, so perhaps Baylon will now fill that role? We'll see, but don't be shocked if Mark Hamill reprises that role again in this spin-off series

Interestingly, the site says we should expect Mon Mothma to make a cameo appearance, so Ahsoka will clearly not be a series to miss, even if you aren't overly familiar with The Clone Wars and Rebels
