Obi-Wan Kenobi is two weeks away from arriving on Disney+, and excitement for the show really couldn't be any higher at this point. Like many Star Wars movies and TV shows, there have been an awful lot of spoilers and leaks doing the rounds online, and we've now rounded up the biggest for you.
From major cameos to tonnes of details on Darth Vader's return and even how the series ends, there's a lot to delve into. If you don't mind learning some pretty major moments in advance, then you'll find lost to sink your teeth into here, and this intel comes our way from some reliable sources.
In other words, no Reddit leaks or so-called Twitter "scoopers." With that in mind, what you'll find below is likely to pan out in the Disney+ series, and we're sure it will only make you more excited.

10. Darth Vader's Brutal Introduction
After cutting off Anakin Skywalker's legs and one of his arms in Revenge of the Sith, Obi-Wan left his former pupil to burn. It was a harsh punishment, but one "The Chosen One" arguably deserved after murdering those Jedi Younglings in cold blood while helping Darth Sidious destroy the Jedi Order (among his many other crimes).
When Obi-Wan Kenobi begins, Darth Vader will have had a decade to think about what his former Master did to him. We know that his suit leaves Anakin in constant pain, and at the start of episode three, it's said we'll see a badly scarred Anakin on a table, limbless and in agony as his various body parts are reconnected and re-activated after a night in the Bacta Tank.
It's been said that this is how Vader begins his day (every day), emphasising what he's been going through since his defeat at the hands of his former Master. No wonder he wants revenge!
9. The Cameo Fans Have Been Waiting For
There's been a lot of speculation surrounding whether Obi-Wan Kenobi will feature a cameo appearance from Liam Neeson as Qui-Gon Jinn. After all, it's been said on numerous occasions that the fallen Jedi Master is responsible for teaching his former Padawan how to live on through the Force after death, so it would make perfect sense to show us their reunion.
Apparently, Qui-Gon does indeed show up for an actual exchange with Obi-Wan. Neeson will first "appear" in the Disney+ series as a voice guiding Kenobi during his lightsaber battle with Darth Vader, encouraging "Ben" to overcome the Sith Lord. As you might expect, that inspires the Jedi to prevail in the battle against the monster once known as Anakin Skywalker.
That's just a voice cameo, and it will be in the sixth episode we get to see Neeson as Qui-Gon again. Appearing on Tatooine as a Force Ghost, he supposedly stands in front of a shocked Obi-Wan, smiles, and asks what took him so long. With that, he tells his one-time pupil that he's been with him this whole time, and the stage is set for him to teach Obi-Wan his final lesson.
8. A Big Post-Credits Scene
Darth Vader is a character who needs no introduction, but that doesn't mean the Disney+ series won't deliver a cool opening moment for the iconic villain's first live-action appearance since 2016's Rogue One. Apparently, we'll see Vader make his return in a post-credits scene at the end of the second episode.
After "Ben" Kenobi races into action to rescue the young Princess Leia, he embraces the Force for the first time since the end of Revenge of the Sith. In the stinger, we come across a Bacta Tank. Inside the murky water is a mysterious figure, and with that, Anakin's twisted eye comes into focus as Vader senses this shift in the Force.
Clearly, he's finally felt the presence of his old Master, and it will be this that prompts the former Jedi to head back into action in a quest to finally take revenge on the man he believes betrayed him (of course, Vader has something of a legitimate gripe after Obi-Wan left him to burn on Mustafar).
7. Obi-Wan Kenobi Fails Again
Obi-Wan Kenobi will introduce a young Jedi called Nari who had been searching for the former Jedi Master since shortly after the events of Order 66. Pursued by Sith Inquisitors, the former Padawan confronts Obi-Wan and attempts to convince him to start a new Jedi Order.
The hero is having none of it, though, and tells Nari that if he hopes to survive, he should bury his lightsaber in the sand. The war was lost and the Jedi are no more; this leaves the young man dejected, and he moves on, leaving "Ben" alone.
Later, when Obi-Wan is later forced to leave the planet in an effort to rescue Princess Leia, he sees something in the distance at the Tatooine spaceport: Nari's body, put on display by the Inquisitors to send a message. With that, the fallen hero realises he's let another young Jedi down. This sounds like another hard-hitting lesson for "Ben" and one that likely informs much of this series.
6. Order 66
Rumour has it the limited series kicks off with a flashback to the events of Order 66 in the Jedi Temple. Clone Troopers are shown attacking two young Padawan learners who are being protected by their respective Jedi Masters. Unfortunately, they're unable to fend off the Emperor Palpatine-controlled clones, but their students manage to escape thanks to their sacrifice.
It's unclear whether Lucasfilm will take this opportunity to show more of what happened to Grogu and how he survived, but we'd bet on these Padawans being more than just random characters.
As noted, Obi-Wan Kenobi will introduce a force-wielder who searches for the reclusive Jedi Master as well as new members of the Sith Inquisitors. Could it be that the two escapees ended up heading down vastly different paths on the Light and Dark sides of the Force? It would be a fun twist.
5. Obi-Wan Kenobi Reunites With His Former Padawan
The rematch between Obi-Wan and Vader explains why "Ben" wasn't shocked by his former Padawan's appearance in Episode IV, but how will the Jedi Master react to seeing what's become of Anakin? The last time they crossed paths, Obi-Wan left Anakin to burn for his role in destroying the Jedi Order, though we have to assume he somehow became aware that Emperor Palpatine "saved" him.
Either way, this particular rumour claims to shed some light on what happens when Obi-Wan is reunited with Vader, explaining that "Most everyone paraphrased the moment as Obi-Wan feeling slightly appalled and muttering something like 'Oh my god, what have they done to you? I’m so sorry.' He feels shocked and he feels sympathy for the sorry state of Anakin Skywalker."
Between this and what we've learned about how Anakin is now forced to start his day, it appears that while Vader and Palpatine "won" in Revenge of the Sith by toppling the Jedi Order, Obi-Wan's exile pales in comparison to what Vader goes through. That explains his old Master's empathy in this scene.
4. The Clone Wars Flashback
After his first battle with Darth Vader ends badly, Obi-Wan Kenobi is forced to reflect and remembers a training session with a 19-year-old Anakin in the Jedi Temple. Both Christensen and Ewan McGregor will be de-aged, and it appears the scene takes place in the aftermath of Attack of the Clones.
Obi-Wan is teaching his Padawan some lightsaber techniques, and as the two spar, they point out each other's weaknesses. It sounds like a fun scene, but it also helps "Ben" Kenobi realise what he must do to beat Vader, utilising techniques that his former student is unable to use against him.
Unfortunately, this report was unable to confirm whether we'll see Obi-Wan and Anakin in their armour from The Clone Wars, but a lot of fans will be disappointed if that doesn't make the cut here.
3. Darth Vader's Revenge
As you might expect, Obi-Wan Kenobi will see the Sith Lord take his revenge on his former Master for what happened to him on Mustafar. At the end of their first battle, Vader reportedly manages to set his former Master's arm on fire, leaving him badly burned and in desperate need of help.
There were other tidbits in this report, including the reveal that Obi-Wan seemingly has to face Vader without his lightsaber and that he may be forced to use one of the Sith Inquisitor's blades at one point.
It's also noted that Leia doesn't trust Obi-Wan when they first meet, and she seemingly has no idea he's a Jedi or the Clone Wars hero she will one day reach out to in A New Hope. Watching how this limited series fills in the gaps between the prequels and the original trilogy looks to be a highlight.
2. Clash On Tatooine
Moses Ingram's Reva is initially dismissed by The Grand Inquisitor when she claims to sense Obi-Wan on Tatooine, but she's smarter than her boss gives her credit for. The villain has managed to figure out that Kenobi had been hiding on the planet to protect Anakin Skywalker's son, Luke, and after his final battle with Darth Vader, Obi-Wan races home to stop her from harming him.
This leak was unclear about what Reva has planned for the boy, but when the Jedi Master arrives, he finds Owen and Beru subdued by the Sith Inquisitor and Luke watching on as she stands in front of him, lightsaber ignited. Remembering her traumatic childhood and the awful life she's had inflicted on her, Reva is unable to kill or take the child and leaves the plant with her humanity intact.
The young Luke doesn't understand what's happened, and while Owen had dismissed Obi-Wan, he now has a better understanding of why the youngster must be protected. With that, Owen allows his nephew to have the T-16 Skyhopper toy that Obi-Wan bought for him in the premiere, a gift he initially refused to give to the boy. It's a touching moment that brings the story full circle.
1. Darth Vader's Big Mistake
This might just prove once and for all that Anakin Skywalker is indeed his own worst enemy.
Returning to the Sith Inquisitor's base with the knowledge that Anakin's son, Luke, is on Tatooine, Reva kneels before her Master and claims to have killed Obi-Wan. With that, poor Reva ends up being struck down by the Sith Lord. He doesn't believe her lies, and knows that his former Master couldn't be so easily killed (especially after failing to do so himself three times over the years).
Vader knows Obi-Wan is still alive out there, but little does he realise that by killing Reva, he's robbed himself of being able to find out he has a son who is living on the same planet he once called home. Needless to say, had Vader not acted so hastily and cruelly, he might have found Luke as a child and been able to overthrow Emperor Palpatine and rule the Galaxy with his son.
