In a new clip from Netflix's They Cloned Tyrone, Slick Charles (Jamie Foxx) can't quite believe Tyrone Fontaine (John Boyega) is knocking on his door after seeing him riddled with bullets.

Foxx is now on the mend but back on  April 11, 2023, he was hospitalized due to an undisclosed medical emergency. His daughter, Corinne Foxx, revealed the news on Instagram, saying that he was "already on his way to recovery."

However, there was much speculation online that Foxx's medical situation was much more serious than first disclosed.  To this day, it is unclear what caused Foxx's medical emergency, but he seems to be doing well now. He is back to work and making public appearances.

Starring alongside Boyega and Foxx in They Cloned Tyrone, is Teyonah Parris (The Marvels) as Yo-Yo.

Also appearing in the film in supporting roles are David Alan Grier and Kiefer Sutherland.

They Cloned Tyrone has a 100% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 46 reviews, with an average rating of 7.8/10.

The film was released in select U.S. theaters for a short theatrical run on July 11 and officially hits Netflix on July 21.

A series of eerie events thrusts an unlikely trio (John Boyega, Teyonah Parris, and Jamie Foxx) onto the trail of a nefarious government experience conspiracy in this pulpy mystery caper.
