Apple TV+ has released an action-packed first trailer for the upcoming second season of its hit sci-fi drama series, Invasion, and it looks like there's still plenty of fight left in the human resistance.

The first season focused on a wide array of people from all across the globe, as humanity bands together in an attempt to combat an increasingly aggressive alien threat. The story looks set to pick up a few months after the S1 finale, with the survivors taking more extreme measures to repel the intergalactic invaders.

The promo begins with Kutsuna rallying the troops with an inspiring speech, as we see a montage of shots featuring some exciting human vs. alien action.

Golshifteh Farahani, Shioli Kutsuna, Shamier Anderson, India Brown, Billy Barratt, Azhy Robertson, Paddy Holland, and Tara Moayedi are all set tp reprise their roles, with Enver Gjokaj, Nedra Marie Taylor, and Naian González Norvind joinung the cast for season 2.

Invasion, which comes from creators Simon Kinberg and David Weil, will return for its 10-epiode second season on Apple TV+ on August 23, 2023.
